Open new image 600 x 600 white
Download and open scrap kit in psp
Edit copy and paste a paper of your choice I used yellow
Layers new mask layer and add your mask
Layers merge group
Edit copy and paste as a new layer the frame
Duplicate
On the original layer effects plugins toadies what are you?
With these settings
X-dose 20
Y-dose 20
The rest are set to 0
Edit copy and paste your tube as a new layer
With your eraser tool carefully erase the middle bar that is going across the front of your tube
(look at mine as a reference)
Back to your scrap kit and edit copy and paste as a new layer the circle frame
Select your magic wand tool click inside the circle.
Selections modify expand by 8
Edit copy your tube again and paste as a new layer, move it to what part of the tube you wish to show in the circle
Selections invert, make sure you are on your tube layer and hit delete on your keyboard
Layers merge group
Position this layer where you wish on your tag
I duplicated this layer and placed this on my tag but this is up to you.
You can now add any embellishments you wish I added bows again this is up to you

Add your copyright and licence number is you are using a pay artist.
Add your text
Layers merge group
Resize if you wish
Save as a png
